The plus touch bit is a snaffle with shank cheeks. The mouth piece is 5 ½ inches wide. It has a lifesaver and a tight twist. The cheek pieces are 6 1/2 inches. Curb chain sold separately.  Made by Reinsman in the U.S.A.
