Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click "Login" to track the status of your order. This means you will be logging in with your email and password access the info.
You will receive an order confirmation via email once the order has finished processing, and a separate confirmation with your tracking number within 24-48 hours of shipment.

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the address provided upon checkout. If you feel this tracking number has been misplaced or not received, contact customer service to have it resent, or edit your email address, at 1-979-421-9072, and have your order number on hand.

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you. To check on the status of your backordered item, or a special order, call1-979-421-9072 or email contactus@southtexastack.com.
Please call customer service to address a change of quantity or cancelling an order at 1-979-421-9072. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping costs are automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment.
***Please note that shipments do not go out on Saturday or Sunday.
Shipping Policies:
Shipping is to be prepaid with your order. If items are in stock they will be shipped the same day. P.O. Box addresses are now acceptable. Next Day Air or Second Day Air is available. Next Day and Second Day Air orders must be received by STT before 1:00pm CST Monday-Thursday. Handling charges will be added to oversized shipments. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE!
If you are Shipping to a different address other than the Billing address, please note that you MUST use Ground Shipping.
All shipments refused will incur a charge of all shipping costs.
Please Note:
To protect our customers online, any orders that exceeds the amount of $250 dollars, customers that chooses 2nd Day Air/Next Day Air Shipping Method, or customers that are Shipping to a different Billing address, will now be required to be present and provide a signature for their package, in order to protect our customers from fraudulent activity or theft.

If a certain size does not display under the item, it is out of stock. If very few sizes show, it is likely an item we are no longer carrying regularly, or could be discontinued. If you find that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product, by calling 1-979-421-9072. Or email us, please include order number and images. Be sure to have your order number on hand. If customer service is able to confirm the item you have does not match what is on your order invoice, they will send you the correct item along with a return label for the incorrect items.
