Shipping policy

All shipments will be sent by best method available. Shipping is to be prepaid with your order. If items are in stock they will be shipped the same day. P.O. Box addresses are now acceptable. Next Day Air or Second Day Air is available. Next Day and Second Day Air orders must be received by STT before 1:00pm CST Monday-Thursday. Handling charges will be added to oversized shipments. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE!

If you are Shipping to a different address other than the Billing address, please note that you MUST use Ground Shipping.

Free Shipping

If your total of qualifying items equals $125 or more, those items will ship free via the most economical service. Free shipping applies to the continental US only.

If your order contains a mix of in-stock and backordered items, we will ship the in-stock items immediately. Backordered items will be fulfilled as soon as they become available and will be shipped separately via our most economical standard shipping method. 

All shipments refused will incur a charge of all shipping costs.
